Two days ago Jim announced that we had a massive grub problem in the yard. Yesterday he put down some type of grub killer. Today, the suffocating grubs are coming to the surface and filling the entire yard with their almost dead bodies. These are a few Junior and I collected from the front yard. SO GROSS!

Wow. That is really gross. Not so much the looking at it...I just wouldn't want to do the collecting of them!

Bible Bat Boy would be having a hay day at your house! He loves bugs of any shape, sort or size. He spends hours in our yard looking for a find like that!
"These are a few Junior and I collected..." Does that mean you actually touched those things? UGH. They are among the nastiest creatures I've ever seen - I'm sure Junior loved every minute of it :)
Reminds me of when Dr. D used to bring me of red earth worms in the spring. "Here, Mommy, I found you dis wooom. In't it pwetty?" "Mmmmmmm, no, not so much! Can you please take him back to his soft warm dirt, please?!" UGH.
